I loved the location, on the Grand Canal, but also close to many of Venice’s quieter, more family-centered neighborhoods. The room - with a lateral view of the canal, was wonderful - comfortable but elegant, and exceptionally quiet even though it looked out on the San Stae vaporetto stop. The bathroom was excellently appointed as well, with tub-shower, toilet, and bidet. The served breakfast (included in the price we paid) was spectacular, as was the coffee. The baker of the delicious pastries was always on hand, offering up additional treats. The wait staff were friendly, multi-lingual, and attentive. I would go back in a minute!

Very nice staff, helping, serving and polite. Breakfast - you can feel like a prince: waiters are serving you whatever you want, you do not have to get up from the table! We had a morning check out - and the lunch box were waiting for us at no extra pay. We needed to book a restaurant - the receptionist found us a good one (after a few our negative attempts).

Hotel is beautiful. We booked the gran canal facing suite. Really nice large room with terrific views. And the staff were crazy accommodating and nice. And helped with restaurants and what to do to get around.

The property is beautiful, and conveniently located next to a water bus stop. It is a fun 8 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge with cute shops, restaurant, and canal views along the way.

Amazing choice at breakfast, full waiter service including fresh toast, tea and coffee. The hotel was exactly as advertised, they were helpful and friendly in a great location. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was the best but above all, the extremely friendly personnel made our vacation perfect. Especially the waiter at breakfast was very unique, so positive, relaxed and funny at the same time

Top facilities and staff were so attentive and helpful. The guys that do the breakfast service were exceptional. Plus the location on the Grand Canal cannot be better.

Beautiful hotel located a few steps from the San Stae boat stop on the Grand Canal. I had a warm welcome and all members of staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was beautiful and clean with a view over the canal. Will definitely return.
